Upon request, breakfast is served in the room for a special price.

Policy 

Cleaning schedule:

  • Cleaning takes place every 3-4 days, as well as the change of towels and bed sheets. The studios are equipped with cleaning items.

Check in & Check out:

  • Check in after 12:00p.m. & Check out until 11:00a.m. Possibility for late Check out under confirmation.

Children and extra beds /cribs:

  • Children from 0 to 3 years old can stay free of charge when they share their parents bed or if there is a baby cot available for the room. Children from 4 to 17 years old count as adults. The maximum number of extra beds/cribs is 1(under confirmation).

Pets:

  • Pets are allowed under confirmation.

Payment methods:

  • We accept booking deposits via bank transfer, pay pal.

Booking deposits:

  • In order to reserve your accommodation it is required to deposit the 30% of the total booking value. This can be made with any of the above ways of payment.
  • The remaining balance is paid by cash or credit card and it is required at check in and check out. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa & Mastercard. All prices include all taxes.

Cancellations:

  • In case you decide to cancel your booking 21 days or more before your arrival, your deposit will be 100% refunded minus any transaction fees.
  • In case you decide to cancel your booking 20 days or less before your arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.
  • If you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you will be obliged to pay the total number of nights you have stayed in the lodging plus the 50% of the remaining value of the days for which you booked.
